I would like to provide feedback on my rental search experience with Geraldton Property Team. I was recommended by a local resident to contact your agency.
On my first occasion, I was contacted by Melinda Mitchell who asked suitable questions to seek the criteria of home I was looking for. I met Melinda in person when attending my appointment to view properties.
I found Melinda to be nicely presented and her personality very approachable.
Melinda provided information on the properties that was clear and answered all the questions I had in relation to the area.
I found Melinda to be prompt with her services – supplying me with an application the same day to get the process started.
I requested a viewing of a property from Geraldton Property Team on a Saturday as I was from out of town. I was met at the property by Melinda Mitchell.
Melinda was fantastic and we were very thankful she had gone out of her way to show us the property.
She was very professional and friendly.

His tenacity extended to using social media and other innovative methods to increase the exposure of the block in the local community, moves that ultimately led to the sale. His regular calls always reflected a positive outlook and gave me a great sense of confidence because of his local knowledge, experience and contacts.
