I recently sold my property at 5/17 Francis St and would like to pass on my appreciation to Gae and the management team for looking after this property for me over the past 11 years.

I rarely do reviews, nor give feedback unless something really impresses me. The way David and Lucy handled the selling of my property certainly did!

I can't rate my experience with David high enough, and the 500 characters given in Realestate.com.au is not enough to express how I feel about the experience. He listened carefully to my wishes and found a buyer for my property within 48 hours, at a much higher selling price than expected. In the end, I got a great selling price, I believe the buyer will be satisfied with their investment, and the great tenants I had can continue renting at their current rent until the end of their lease. A rare Win, Win, Win!

I believe that his great video highlighting my property's features probably sealed the deal but his knowledge and experience in the market is obviously fantastic for such a great outcome. I feel he is so quick on his feet that by the end of my initial conversation with him, he already had a solid plan to get a sale for me. His positive, enthusiastic energy and his confidence was refreshing every time I spoke to him and I always felt I was in great hands.

He and Lucy kept in touch and guided me through everything I needed on the way to settlement which ended up being months ahead of my expectations when considering putting my house on the market. Apart from finding a buyer so quickly, the time to settle was extremely fast, helped also by Tracey at Mid-West Settlements. Having a tight relationship with a solicitor is a great part of the service too!

Absolutely fantastic service from David and Lucy regarding the sale of 40 Solomon Circle.

Not only did David secure us a great sale price before going to full advert, he went over and above with regard to sorting out a lot of complications, especially toward the end of the sale.

Unfortunately we were in Melbourne and Perth immediately prior to settlement and I had to undergo emergency eye assessments and surgeries. David's support during this very stressful time was invaluable.

Lucy was an excellent communicator throughout. Great work both. Highly recommended.
