But why use a professional when our phones are so technically advanced? Well, you wouldn't hire doctors to cut your hair or hair stylists to diagnose your illness! Your agent is skilled in negotiation and marketing but not always with a camera. If they whip out their phone to take your photos, then politely ask them for a professional.
Going above and beyond just the old school 'curbside appeal' is highly recommended to attract the most amount of buyers for your property. The more buyers and interest you get in the initial stage, the more competition your create which may drive the price up.
