I am absolutely perfect and so easy to care for! I am located right near the CBD and around the corner from the supermarket. I have a cosy little kitchen that has plenty of cupboard space and I have a servery that opens to the living area. I have air conditioning to the living area which is perfect in the Summer time. The bedrooms are a perfect size and have ceiling fans. I have my own lock up garage, so no need to park on the street. I have a closed in retreat area that opens off of the main bedroom and is fully fences for privacy from the neighbours. Small pets considered on application.
