Thankyou Lara , Darren & the entire Geraldton Property Team,

We are happy with our result, even though there were a few wobbles especially in the last week ensuring all was in place for the new buyers who are now happy new homeowners.

Appreciate your support and getting the sale done in a good turn around time.

And think a small parcel arrived on our doorstep today.

So here's thanks and cheers to all the Team!

Thank you to the team at the Geraldton Property Group, I was dealing with Lara and received a wonderful outcome with the sale of my property. Lara was highly professional and engaging and supported me with a planned approach to sell the property, especially in the current turbulent times.

How wonderful it is calling Geraldton Property Team and getting Maegan, she always spends the time in having a conversation especially in stressful times when selling. Maegan always puts her in a better mood.

The whole process of moving into my rental has been 1^st class, Gae, Maegan and Paige have been tremendous, so helpful.  Many thanks to all the team at GPT.

I'm looking forward to dealing with them again if I need to, thanks again ladies.

I would just like to say thank you to Lara, Darren and team for the process of selling our house. It sold very quickly and the whole process was very professionally handled and we were kept informed throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend your team and would use your services again. Very impressed and appreciated.

I just wanted to send a quick email to let you know that you guys do an awesome Job. Tracey is a great PM and the team in general have been very pleasant to work with. Keep up the great work.

Just wanting to compliment Gae & her team for their help and support with our ongoing rental.

I have had a few past dealings with Lara and, will potentially have business with her in the future. We talked today on the phone after a few emails and texts, and I am very happy in dealing with Lara for anything property related as I appreciate her honesty, promptness, and friendly nature.

I would like to thank Vaughan for assisting me with the purchase of my property,  he is experienced and explained the process clearly, although I was too busy dealing with other urgent commitments he was very supportive and trustworthy, during the whole process I felt like I was communicating with someone who I have already had previous experience with.

Thank you to Lara and her team at Geraldton Property Team for selling my home. Lara, Darren, Serena and Frank were fantastic from start to finish. They were incredibly helpful, friendly, and truly knew how to deliver when it mattered most. The exposure they achieved for my property was outstanding and played a big role in securing such a great result. I couldn’t be happier with the service and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell. Thank you all.

All went well with David and his team particularly Georgie MITCHELL, she was a pleasure to deal with, timely and accurate.

David was good to deal with communicated well and displayed a good knowledge of the local market.

Very quickly achieved the desired result.

Just want to give a huge thanks to your team, especially Vaughan the agent who handled the sale of my property. I had my doubts and was pessimistic about the sale given it was a unique property, after holding it for a long time. However, Vaughan was extremely positive and reassuring and obviously turned out to be correct because the final price he achieved exceeded my expectations, so I couldn't be more grateful.

I’m a property investor based in Victoria, and I’ve never actually visited my place in Spalding, WA. Since I bought the property, Gae helped me to look after it. She has made the whole experience incredibly easy.

She’s very reliable, always gives me timely updates, and keeps me informed about anything that happens with the property.

She’s honestly the most responsible and proactive manager I’ve worked with. I always feel confident knowing she’s looking after the house.

I’m really happy with her service and would gladly recommend her. Geraldton property team is the best agency I have used. Thank you.

My property just settled in West End, and Vaughan was my agent. He did a great job, and kept me updated when l needed to be. I would recommend Vaughan to any of my friends considering selling. He is a very polite, and respectful man. Thankyou Property Team for handling my sale. Satisfied customer.
