I would just like to state that in my opinion GPT has done a wonderful in regards to promoting interest and the selling of my property and it is easy to see why they have won many awards in the industry .

If I was to compare my experience between GPT and the other two previous real-estate companies  I previously used , it would be like comparing chalk to cheese .

POSITIVE FEEDBACK with ALL ASPECTS of our decision to market our property with GERALDTON PROPERTY TEAM.

Starting with the MARKET APPRAISAL, we found Lara to be fairly realistic with what she believed the property would sell for in this current real estate market.
She pointed out the positive aspects together with the not so positive aspects the property had to offer.

Secondly, it was Warrick that found the buyer for us, using his HOME OPEN opportunities, who we are very grateful for.

Lara, AS ALWAYS, kept us fully informed as to where things were with the different stages of the selling process.

I just thought I'd email you to let you know how pleased I am with how Lara Sadowski is doing in promoting our property for sale.

It's not the perfect times at the moment given Covid-19 has everyone, including the banks, a little tentative and making selling property a little tougher.

Lara has had our property "Under Contract" twice now for the sale to fall through at the last moment and there was an offer placed only weeks ago for the banks to holt the sale yet again.

We can not fault Lara's professionalism and efforts in trying to promote, contract a buyer then close the deal. It has only been heartbreaking moments, out of her control, close to a sale being achieved that has our property still on the market.

We've said to Lara several times "Love Your Work" but thought we would also share this with you. We believe a champagne popping time is not that far away and Geraldton Property Team has been a defining choice for us.
