Having dealt with many real estate agents some of them fail to back up their words with actions but not with Dave he backed up everything he said with actions and knows his stuff

He advised exactly what works to do to maximise the property value prior to sale. I carried out these works according to his advice

He always responded to my phone calls in a very timely manner (not all real estates do this). The timely responses made me feel valued as a vendor and not just another potential commission from sale. This is a real credit to GPT you're lucky to have him

I liked the detail he in advertising our property from photos to video walk through, the fact that he does detailed video walk throughs for the property prior to listing shows he was really invested in the sale of our property and wanted to deliver the best outcome for us

David reckoned he could sell our property quickly promising he would do the right marketing and that he had the right list of potential buyers on his database. Usually, real estate's say that to lure in potential vendors but not David he had the right marketing and the right contacts and sold our property within 48 hours!

I wish there were more agents with the integrity and honesty like David and if I could have him sell some of my properties here on the east coast

Absolutely fantastic service from David and Lucy regarding the sale of 40 Solomon Circle.

Not only did David secure us a great sale price before going to full advert, he went over and above with regard to sorting out a lot of complications, especially toward the end of the sale.
