Charlotte Olsen

Charlotte joined Geraldton Property Team in 2024, where she began her real estate journey in administration before becoming the welcoming face of Dongara Property Team. During this time, she played an important role in the day-to-day running of the office, supporting both clients and the wider team while building a strong foundation in the real estate industry.

Now joining Team Sadowski/Nevill as Buyer Manager, Charlotte is excited to take the next step in her career, further develop her skills and work alongside one of Geraldton’s leading real estate teams.

Warm, approachable and naturally people-focused, Charlotte genuinely enjoys connecting with clients and takes pride in making people feel comfortable, valued and supported. In her new role, she’ll be working closely with our buyers throughout their property journey, helping ensure they receive the communication, guidance and level of service our team is known for.

Having called Dongara home for more than a decade, Charlotte has a genuine connection to the local community and a wonderful appreciation for the people and lifestyle that make the Midwest such a special place to live.

Outside of real estate, Charlotte enjoys the simple things in life. She is an active member of her local art group and regularly participates in their annual exhibitions. Sociable by nature, she loves spending time with family and friends, as well as running, reading and travelling whenever the opportunity arises.

And there’s an adventurous side to Charlotte too — one of her most unforgettable travel experiences was skydiving over the spectacular Swiss Alps!
